What they did

Researchers randomized 118 couples (236 parents) to a technology-based SEPP versus standard care and measured parental self-efficacy, bonding, support, satisfaction, PND, and PNA through 3 months postpartum.

What they found

At 3 months, intervention parents had better bonding and parenting satisfaction and lower PND and PNA scores than controls; benefits emerged by 1–3 months rather than immediate postpartum.

What it doesn't show
