Online survey (Sep–Nov 2020) of confirmed or suspected COVID cases lasting >28 days from 56 countries, mapping 203 symptoms across 10 organ systems and 66 symptoms over seven months.

Limitations

Support-group sampling over-represents severely affected respondents and cannot estimate population prevalence; confirmed vs suspected groups were similar but not a random sample.
