Key findings

Methodology
Authors searched PubMed and Web of Science (mainly 2014–2024) on curcumin/turmeric, oxidative stress, and lipid disorders, then synthesized experimental and clinical evidence across hyperlipidemia, NAFLD, atherosclerosis, obesity, and diabetes, including bioavailability strategies.
Limitations
It is not a new trial quantifying clinical benefit, dose, or formulation; bioavailability and study heterogeneity still limit direct prescribing claims.
