Methodology
Authors sampled 12 sites on the Buriganga, Meghna, Shitalakshya, and Turag rivers and ran complementary ESI/APCI nontarget LC-HRMS with an open workflow, annotating suspects and confirming some Level-1 standards.
Limitations
Feature counts are not concentrations for every chemical, and 12 grab samples cannot give a year-round load or source-apportion every factory.
