Methodology

Administrative cohorts assigned residential road proximity, land-use-regression air pollutants, modeled noise, and NDVI greenness, then estimated HRs/ORs for incident neurologic disease.

Limitations

Case ascertainment from health records can misclassify subtypes; residual spatial confounding and correlated traffic co-exposures limit causal claims for any single pollutant.
